Chicago Bulls 108-94 Cleveland Cavaliers

Back on the pitch after having treated a sprained ankle, LeBron James and the Cavaliers bow for the 4th time in 4 games. However, in front, it was only the modest Bulls, but the teammates of Justin Holiday (28 pts) and Lauri Markkanen (18 pts, 5 rbds) win 108-94 against the 2017 finalists.
A deserved victory for the Bulls, the Cavaliers didnt show much, losing an incredible number of balls.
For his first game since June, LeBron James, even rusty, was the best player of his formation, and it is not necessarily reassuring. For this first in full (except for the long absence of Isaiah Thomas), it was found that the starting five was clearly unbalanced.
First there is the first of the trio Rose-Wade-LeBron with a Wade that appeared to us lost in the systems. Where Rose and LeBron want to play fast, slows the game to the maximum. Out of rhythm, and playing always against time, he finishes with a 1 in 7 shots. Another problem of the starting five: Kevin Love. The Bulls have enjoyed attack on him. Far too many penetrations and easy baskets for Chicago.
On the other hand, the second five of the Cavaliers was more interesting with Tristan Thompson as the last bulwark and J.R. Smith. Tyronn Lue associated Derrick Rose on large sequences, and it turned round. Rose, Smith, and even Jeff Green, are made to play together, but Lue prefers to start with Wade. On the Chicago side, two big satisfactions: the opportunism of Holiday, which proves that he can be a leader of attack, and the address recovered of Markkanen. In general, the Bulls have shown beautiful things in this preseason to be confirmed when you come to serious matters.
