Sacramento Kings 106-100 San Antonio Spurs

Without Tony Parker, Kawhi Leonard and Rudy Gay, the Spurs begin this preseason with a logical setback in Sacramento. A defeat (106-100) marked by the successful debut of the young shoots of the Kings with 17 pts for Frank Mason III and 16 pts for De'Aaron Fox.

Replacing, the 5th choice of the last draft perfectly understood the message of his coach: play fast and in passes. With Bogdan Bogdanovic at his side, he transformed the game of Sacramento as soon as he entered. It is a false slow with a first fast pace, and we could appreciate his understanding with Willie Cauley-Stein and Skal Labissiere. De'Aaron Fox has just played, has not forced anything and this first performance is very promising.
Generally speaking, the Kings have proposed beautiful things, and the more experienced incumbents have shown the way. George Hill and Zach Randolph sought to play fair. We saw very few individual actions, and on the contrary, there was the search for the extra-pass.
