Brooklyn Nets 98-92 Phoenix Suns




The combination between D'Angelo Russell (23 points and 9 assists) and Joe Harris (18 points) allowed the Brooklyn Nets to beat the Phoenix Suns last night by 98-92. The Suns, who came to be fifteen points down in the first half, were put to a point of difference at 9:17 before the end, but they could not finish their comeback.
Russell scored thirteen points in the fourth quarter and it was important for the victory of the Brooklyn team with the help of DeMarre Carroll (14 points and 11 rebounds). Meanwhile, on the part of the Suns, T.J. Warren (20 points) and Devin Booker (18), who had a spectacular start. A partial 16-0 for the Nets allowed them to get 16-28 up and to take command of the game, in which the Suns was not good: they finished with 10 field goals converted from 40 attempts. The Phoenix went to rest 41-47 below. In the second part they tried to turn the game around, but they ended up yielding.

The game served so that Devin Booker, who lacked six to achieve it, reached 3000 points in the NBA. At 21, he is the fourth youngest player in history to get it after LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony.
