Houston Rockets 118-95 Indiana Pacers

James Harden in less than 24 hours returned to be the leader of the Houston Rockets offense, which won at home by 95-118 to the Indiana Pacers and achieved its sixth consecutive win.Harden achieved a double-double of 26 points and 15 assists in the 34 minutes he played, but did not have his best inspiration in the triples section when he failed 9 of 12 attempts. His 9 of 21 shots on the field and 5 of 5 from the line of personnel, however, left him again at the head of the Rockets' offense (11-3), which have the best record of the Western Conference and the second of the league, second only to the Boston Celtics (12-2), in the Eastern Conference. Harden has scored at least 20 points and seven assists in the 14 games the team has played so far this season, including seven double-doubles and two triple-doubles. Indianapolis native Eric Gordon secured 21 points and was the second highest scorer for the Rockets despite missing 10 of 16 field goals, including 8 of 11 from outside the perimeter. While the Swiss center Clint Capela continues with his progress as a major player in the area and returned to be the most complete with a double-double of 20 points and 17 rebounds. Capela, who played 32 minutes, scored 9 of 12 field goals and 2-3 from the personnel line, 16 of the rebounds were defensive, and put a stopper. Cameroonian reserve forward Luc Mbah a Moute became the sixth player of the Rockets to provide 11 points, while center Tarik Black, who also came off the bench, was perfect in field shots (4-4) and added eight points with three rebounds and two ball recoveries. The Rockets, who last night had played in their field against the Memphis Grizzlies, did not feel the effort at all and were always in control of the score to get to have a lead of 23 points, including the start of the game with a streak of 13 -2 and 24-9 in the first six minutes.

The guard-forward Victor Oladipo was once again the leader of the Pacers' offense, who now have a 6-8 mark, getting 28 points, and the Lithuanian power forward Domantas Sabonis, who came off the bench, arrived at the 17 so many. The escort Lance Stephenson, on the other hand, approached a double-double of eight points and 10 assists.
