Houston Rockets 113-129 Toronto Raptors

DeMar DeRozan contributed 27 points, six rebounds, five assists that left him in charge of the winning attack of the Toronto Raptors that won at home 113-129 to the Rockets of Houston, which cut six streak consecutive wins.
DeRozan was also supported by five other players from the Raptors, including three starters, who provided double-digit numbers and left in 52 (41-79) percent of field goal shots and 47 (14-30) of triples. Base Kyle Lowry, former Rockets player, and guard-forward reserve C.J.Miles, who was the sixth Raptors player, scored 19 points apiece. Lowry also got a double-double by handing out 10 assists that left him in charge of the Raptors game management, which improved to 8-5 his mark so far this season, the second best of the Atlantic Division and third the Eastern Conference, shared with the Wizards of Washington. The rookie forward, Englishman OG Anunoby, was also a winning factor to get 16 points after scoring 6 of 8 field goals, including 3 of 4 triples, and being the most effective player of the Raptors.

While the Spanish Congolese power forward Serge Ibaka, who continued as a starter, also did a great teamwork and helped the win. "We have achieved a great victory and that is the only thing that counts," Ibaka said. "The Rockets are a great team they were on a winning streak and getting the win in their field has double value after coming from the frustrating defeat we suffered on Sunday (95-94) on our visit to the Boston Celtics." Ibaka, who played 25 minutes, contributed five points after scoring 2 of 5 field goals, including a three-pointer with two attempts, and missed the pitches he made from the personnel line.

This time the 38 points scored by guard James Harden did not help the Rockets to avoid the defeat, which places them with an 11-4 mark and loses the lead in the Western Conference, which they shared with the Golden State Warriors (11 -3), which had rest day. Harden, who was perfect 19 of 19 from the line of personnel, this time could not save the Rockets, who never scored the decisive goals in the final stretch of the game when they were put to five after having had a disadvantage of 20 points. The star guard of the Rockets established a new team record with the 19 goals scored, without fail, from the personnel line. The Rockets scored six consecutive points, including three points from the personnel line, for the 103-108 run and seven and a half minutes for the fourth quarter, but reserve guard Delon Wright scored a staff shot and Anunoby hit another field shot, which cut the Houston comeback.DeRozan and Ibaka scored two baskets of mate that put the partial of 107-120 that would be the decisive and without option of comeback by the Rockets. Dominican forward Trevor Ariza finished with the second highest scorer of the Rockets by contributing 20 points, including 5 of 8 triples, and captured eight defensive rebounds, in addition to distributing two assists.

The center reserves Tarik Black, who came out at the post of the Brazilian Nené Hilario, lost by injury to the right foot, got 13 points and seven rebounds, which left him as the sixth player, although in the end it could not be a surprise factor winner. The guard Eric Gordon, key in the Offensive of the Rockets with his shots from outside the perimeter, did not have his best encestadora inspiration when failing 9 of 12 shots of field, including the seven attempts of triples, that left it with hardly 12 points.
